ASPIRA User Manual

By now, your ASPIRA tablets should already be part of your day - and this is the perfect moment to make sure you’re getting the best possible results.

ASPIRA is different from anything you’ve tried before, so a few small details really matter.

Let’s walk through them together 👇

How to use ASPIRA (the right way)

ASPIRA works by gently adhering to the inside of your mouth and dissolving slowly over time.

You can place the tablet in one of two recommended spots:

  • On the inner cheek, or
  • On the center of your palate (the roof of your mouth)

Once placed, don’t chew or suck on it.

Just let it sit - it will naturally adhere and dissolve on its own.

📌 Tip: If it falls off in the first few seconds, reposition it. After that, it usually stays comfortably in place.

What to expect (and why patience matters)

ASPIRA isn’t a mint or a mouthwash - it’s designed for long-lasting freshness, not an instant “burn.”

 Here’s what most users experience:

  • A clean, neutral mouth feel (not overpowering)
  • Gradual, consistent freshness that lasts for hours
  • Less worry about breath during conversations, meetings, or long days

For some people, the effect is noticeable right away.

For others, it becomes stronger after a few uses - this is completely normal.

Consistency is key 🔑

Why proper placement makes all the difference

ASPIRA works best when it:

  • Adheres properly
  • Dissolves slowly
  • Releases its active ingredients over time

Incorrect use (chewing, moving it around, or placing it loosely) can shorten the effect.

Think of ASPIRA as a slow-release solution, not a quick fix.

One more important note

ASPIRA is meant to support fresh breath throughout the day, especially in situations where brushing or rinsing isn’t practical.

Many of our most loyal customers tell us:

“Once I learned how to use it properly, I never wanted to be without it.”

Fresh breath is a journey.

You’ve already taken the first step.
