What makes ASPIRA different from mints, gum, or sprays?
Mints, gum and sprays add a flavour on top of an odour for a few minutes. ASPIRA is designed to work gradually over hours instead.

Do I need a prescription to buy ASPIRA?
No. ASPIRA is a cosmetic product and needs no prescription.

What's in ASPIRA?
The patented formula is built around four plant extracts:
- Echinacea — a flowering plant widely used in herbal preparations
- Lavender — contributes a clean, fresh aroma
- Mastic gum — a natural tree resin from the Mediterranean, with a long history of use in oral care
- Salvia (Sage) — an aromatic herb with a fresh, lightly herbal note
Other ingredients: xylitol, menthol, lemon flavour, and plant-based stabilisers.
Why herbal ingredients?
The formula was designed to combine long-lasting performance with a gentle, mild experience — no harsh chemicals, no overpowering flavour.
Is ASPIRA plant-based?
Yes. The active ingredients are plant-derived and the formula contains no animal-derived components. We avoid the word "natural" because it has no agreed definition.
Is ASPIRA safe to use?
ASPIRA is made with food-grade, plant-based ingredients and is intended for everyday use. As with anything you put in your mouth, read the full ingredient list if you have known allergies.
Are there side effects?
ASPIRA is designed for everyday comfort. If something doesn't feel right, stop using it and check with a healthcare professional.

What to expect
How quickly does ASPIRA start working?
Most people notice fresher breath within minutes of placing the tablet. It continues working gradually as it dissolves.
How long does it last?
Up to 8 hours from a single tablet, depending on conditions of use.
Does ASPIRA mask odour, or work on it?
It's designed to work on unpleasant oral odour itself rather than covering it with flavour. That's why the effect is measured in hours rather than the fifteen minutes you get from a mint.
Will it help with morning breath?
Many people place one before bed or on waking for exactly that reason.
What if my bad breath isn't coming from my mouth?
ASPIRA works on odour originating in the mouth, which is the most common source. Persistent bad breath can also come from gum disease, dry mouth, sinus or tonsil issues, reflux, or medication. If it persists regardless of what you eat or how carefully you brush, see a dentist — no breath product replaces that assessment.
Comfort & sensation
Can I feel the tablet in my mouth?
You may notice it briefly at first. Most people forget it's there within minutes — it's thin, discreet, and designed to be comfortable. Give it a few days if it feels unfamiliar at first; that's the most common first-week comment we get.
What does it taste like?
A very mild menthol-lemon note that fades quickly. Not sweet, not overpowering, not medicinal.
Can I talk normally while using it?
Yes. It doesn't affect speech or anything else you're doing.
What if the tablet falls off early?
Make sure your fingers are dry, and place it as far back as is comfortable. That's almost always the fix.
How to use it
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Remove one tablet with dry fingers.
- Place it on the inner cheek or upper palate.
- Hold gently for about 10 seconds until it adheres.
- Let it dissolve naturally.
Use up to 3 tablets per day.
Can I eat or drink while using it?
Yes, normally.
What if the tablet gets wet before use?
It may not adhere properly. Discard it and use a new one.
Can I remove the tablet before it dissolves?
Yes. Dab the area with a cotton swab lightly moistened with edible oil — olive or canola.
What if I accidentally swallow one?
ASPIRA is made with food-grade, plant-based ingredients, so swallowing one is generally not harmful. It's designed to adhere rather than be swallowed, so you simply won't get the benefit from it.

Yes — it's completely discreet once placed. That's the point of the format.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

Can I return it if I simply change my mind?
No. For health and safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened products, or of products that arrive undamaged and as described.
How are refunds issued?
To the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
