What ingredients are in Aspira?
Aspira’s patented formula includes four clinically tested herbs:
Echinacea – antibacterial, immune-supportive.
Lavender – fresh aroma and antibacterial.
Mastic Gum – natural resin, historically used for oral health.
Salvia (Sage) – antibacterial and refreshing.
Other excipients include xylitol, menthol, lemon flavor, and plant-based stabilizers.
Is Aspira safe?
Yes. Aspira is made from 100% natural ingredients.
It is certified to meet premium quality standards, and no serious negative effects have been reported.
Who can use Aspira?
Adults.

How to Use
How do I use Aspira?
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
With dry, clean fingers, remove one tablet.
Place it on the inner cheek (as deep as possible) or the upper palate.
Hold for 10 seconds until it adheres.
The tablet will slowly dissolve (up to 4 hours).
Use up to 3 times daily if needed.
Can I eat or drink while using it?
Yes. You may eat and drink normally (except chewing gum) while the tablet dissolves.
What if a tablet gets wet before use?
If it touches moisture, it won’t stick. Discard it and use a new one.
Can I remove the tablet before it dissolves?
Yes. Dab the area with a cotton swab moistened in a small amount of edible oil (olive/canola). The tablet will loosen and fall off.

How many tablets are in one pack?
Each pack contains 18 tablets (a 2–3 week supply, depending on use).
How should I store Aspira?
Keep in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F).
Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Keep away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
Store out of reach of children.

How long does shipping take?
UK & US orders: 2–6 business days after shipping.
International orders: 6–14 business days (customs may affect timing).

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
Do I pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return Aspira?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email contact@aspira-breath.com within 15 days of delivery, include your order number, and attach clear photos.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
No. For health and safety reasons, products delivered in good condition cannot be returned.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Practical Questions
Are there any side effects?
Aspira is generally well tolerated. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, stop using and consult a healthcare professional.
What happens if I use more than one tablet at a time?
We recommend no more than 3 tablets per day. Using more won’t increase effectiveness.
Can I subscribe to regular deliveries?
Yes. Subscriptions are available to ensure you never run out.
You can manage or cancel anytime.
Can Aspira help if I already use mouthwash or chewing gum?
Yes. Aspira can complement other oral care habits, but works best as a long-lasting alternative to gum and sprays.
