Refund policy

1) General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable when you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund using your original payment method.

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and method. Regular shipping to the UK and US may be offered free of charge during promotional periods. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or oversized/heavy items.

2) Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Changes/Cancellations: You may cancel or update your shipping details until 11:59 PM local time on the day of purchase. After this point, your order enters processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to update.

3) Delivery Timeframes

UK & US Orders: Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days from the shipping date.

International Orders: Estimated delivery is 6–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by courier delays, customs checks, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4) Duties & Taxes

VAT/Sales Tax: Already included in displayed prices where applicable.

International Orders: Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the goods may be returned to us at your expense. In such cases, you will be refunded the product value minus the cost of return shipping. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Lost Parcels

Damaged in Transit: If a package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and notify us immediately at contact@aspira-breath.com with photos.

Lost Parcels: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us. We will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

6) Returns & Exchanges

Aspira products are non-returnable except in cases of damage or a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Process: Email contact@aspira-breath.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Outcome: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items delivered in normal condition, for reasons such as dissatisfaction, change of mind, or opened/used products.

Return Shipping: Unless otherwise required by law, the buyer is responsible for return shipping (with tracking). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7) Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds cover the value of the returned goods only; shipping charges are not refunded.
