Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your order until 11:59 PM (local time) on the purchase date for a full refund. If your order has already shipped (you received a Shipping Confirmation), we are unable to cancel.
Damaged/Defective Items Only. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email contact@aspira-breath.com within 15 days of delivery with the subject line:
“Return: Damaged/Defective – Order #[your order number]” and include clear photos of the issue and packaging. Upon approval, we will provide next steps for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Condition Limits. The return policy applies only to items with manufacturing defects or damage in transit. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used items or buyer’s remorse once a product is delivered in normal condition.
Shipping Costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, the buyer is responsible for return shipping (with tracking).
